A complete musical world
A fully standalone flagship handpan built around an expansive D-based framework, offering three full octaves of expression, including a clear and stable B♭4 on a 53 cm shell.With consistent balance, warm tone, and expanded functionality, the D Kurd 23 offers the creative capacity of multiple handpans within a single instrument.
C♯ Kurd 22
Completing the harmonic landscape
The C♯ Kurd 22 is a fully standalone flagship handpan, sharing the same core layout as the D Kurd 23 to ensure consistency and logical playability.When combined, the two instruments provide three full chromatic octaves, with further expansion toward a wider chromatic range through bass and mezzo-soprano octaves currently under development.
In addition to its flagship instruments, KÜPR undertakes fully custom handpan projects and the thoughtful rearrangement of existing scales. This work is developed in close collaboration with artists and institutions seeking specific musical outcomes, while maintaining KÜPR’s exclusive standards of balance, tuning, and expressive integrity.
